Jack did a great job getting my laptop back up and running after it had been hacked into. He was able to do a hard reset and erase everything that the hacker had access to then re-install and re-sync all of my files, folders, documents, and media. He also helped me set up anti-virus software and password security to protect me from being hacked again. My laptop now runs like new again!

We didn't even know what question to ask. Our laptop was generally malfunctioning and then the screen began stopping intermittently. We were in a jam needing to get at some important docs on the hard drive. I cold-called Todd Tech and Todd offered to meet us right away. He's got a great office space in a convenient spot on Congress. He asked a few questions, looked it over and offered to open up the machine, pull the hard drive and see if he could recover our documents. The machine was older and we were deciding already on whether to get a new laptop. He ended up getting all of the hard drive info for us, providing some helpful guidance on a new laptop, ordered it with no markup, and transferred the info when it came in. Quick, friendly, helpful, painless.I'm posting this because most of us only need someone like Todd rarely but when we do, we don't know where to look. I've managed engineering consulting companies and dealt with both independent IT support as well as in-house support staff. The concern is always how they relate to the users who are encountering difficulties. Can they get to heart of the issue quickly without speaking down to the user? Todd Tech is the perfect blend of individual attention, knowledge, and bedside manner for people walking in the door. He's just a great resource. Doesn't mind offering advice and only charges for what he actually does. Although I hope I don't need him again soon, I won't hesitate to contact him again.

Very Impressed! Had called several other companies who sort of sounded like they 'might' be interested in helping me out. Time Frame? Sometime between now and the next ice age. Yikes!I left a message with Todd Tech.. and got a call back within 30 minutes. "Yes, we'd love to help.. We'll see you on "this date". Colby showed up exactly when I was told he would (early, in fact) Fixed every problem, and charged exactly what they said they would. And when it was all done, Todd called to check in with me to make sure everything was ok.In a day and age when most people "Don't" .. it's really refreshing to see a firm that Will Do what they say the will do. I'd definitely use them again!

I had the most heinous job: 15 years of business emails (Outlook) stored in multiple locations on old external drives saved from a PC. We had decided to platform on MACS and needed to convert those dozens of PST files to be readable by MAC's and then to organize this data by year. Further, there was a huge de-duplication effort that needed to be executed. Todd was great, truly excellent. Came in, diagnosed the problem(s), created a roadmap, and lo and behold, a week later, all our data had been organized, all readable by our MACS, and good governance thankfully returned to our data management.I found Todd to be responsive, smart, and completely trustworthy. I recommend him without qualification and would certainly use him again.

Picture this: it is a pandemic and winter. You depend on your mac for your livelihood. Then one day, you go to your email and it wont open on your mac laptop. You call and spend a day on apple support with no luck. You ask your tech savy brother, your tech savy partner and no one seems to be able to fix this problem. Afraid you have a virus and someone is trying to steal everything you have, you reach out to Todd for help. Since my computer is 7 years old, Im not even sure it's worth it. So I asked Todd to not spend more than 2 hours on my computer. Low and behold, he fixed in an hour and 1/2. He was jovial and kind and didnt respond negatively to my computer frustrations. I contacted Todd at Todd Tech when I was in a bind with my business website. I’m somewhat digitally savvy, but the problem I was encountering was beyond my knowledge. I met with Todd remotely via Zoom and explained my situation and he was able to diagnose the issues quickly and succinctly, and generate the necessary fixes to get my site functioning properly again. He also diagnosed problems that I DIDN’T realize existed and fixed those as well!Todd really went the extra mile to make sure I was up and running quickly.
